3. Delivery

Delivery method. SV Elite Coaching is delivered digitally through the customer's Stay Viral account on stayviral.io. Nothing is shipped. No physical goods are produced, packaged, or delivered as part of this program.

Timing of delivery. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. At checkout, the customer receives an order confirmation email containing their account login link and onboarding instructions. Program materials — on-demand training modules, private community access, scheduled coaching calls, and weekly check-ins — are made available inside the customer's account as the 14-week program progresses.

Delivery cost. There is no delivery, shipping, or handling charge. The price shown at checkout is the total price of the service.

Countries served. SV Elite Coaching is available internationally. Customers may complete a purchase from any country supported by our payment processor at checkout. Program materials are delivered in English. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that their preferred payment method (including any financing option such as Klarna) is available in their country before completing the purchase.

4. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Digital content — withdrawal rights

SV Elite Coaching is digital content that is made available to the customer immediately upon successful payment. Because access is delivered instantly and cannot be returned or revoked, no standard cool-off or right-of-withdrawal window applies once program access has been granted.

Refund rights following the grant of access are governed exclusively by the terms of the written enrollment agreement each customer reviews and signs before beginning the program, together with the 14-week satisfaction guarantee described in Section 4.2 below.

4.2 14-week satisfaction guarantee

SV Elite Coaching includes a 14-week satisfaction guarantee. A customer may request a refund of the amount paid if, at the end of the 14-week program, they are not satisfied with the program, provided they have met all participation requirements set out in the written enrollment agreement they signed before beginning.

The full and binding terms of this guarantee — including every participation requirement, exclusion, documentation standard, and the specific refund calculation — are set out in the signed enrollment agreement. The signed enrollment agreement governs this guarantee in every respect and takes precedence over any general summary shown on this page. Customers should read that agreement carefully before purchase.

4.3 How to request a refund

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted by email to support@stayviral.io. Requests sent to marketing, newsletter, or other automated addresses are not monitored and may not be received.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval and are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

For purchases financed through Klarna, refunds are returned to Klarna. Klarna then adjusts the customer's payment plan and issues any balance owed to the customer in accordance with Klarna's own timelines. Until Klarna has processed the refund and updated the plan, the customer remains responsible for any scheduled payments to Klarna.

4.4 Return costs

There are no return costs. SV Elite Coaching is a digital service with no physical product; there is nothing to ship, return, or restock.
